-Clears Throat-

1. Do not walk up to the side of the counter when there is a long line and assume that just because you have a pickup order, you can skip the rest of the people.
2. When we mess up an order, DON'T FREAK OUT ABOUT IT! No joke. I know it can be irritating. But don't be a jerk. IT HAPPENS. Don't storm out of the store all mad and assume that because you yelled at a fast food restaurant employee you are the biggest turd in the pot!
3. PLEASE! please please PLEEEEASE. read the menu. Do NOT ask what all we have.
4. If you are asked about drinks, and you see that there is a fountain, how about you just say, "yeah, -#-drinks." and not stare at it for 20 minutes deciding WHAT you want. just say you want cups and decide on your way from the counter to the fountain.
5. If you leave your plates and trash, regardless of how much you paid for teh daggone meal, leave a tip. a dollar. i dont care. tickets to some concert no one's going to. A MINT! tip.
6. Be neat.
7. Don't talk on your cell phone while ordering.
8. Keep in mind that just because the employees are working in the food industry, they aren't uneducated.
9. Don't bring your empty plates and such to the cashier or back to the kitchen at all. Either leave em on the table or take them to the trash can.
10. When pushing tables together: use common sense. Math even.
11. Don't continuously ask how much longer it's going to be until your food is done. We're effing working on it.
12. Don't mumble.

-That's all I can think of. I work at Bellacinos. And I deal with idiots. And it takes a toll on your nerves. If yall have any suggestions, comment me and I'll put it in here. lol. This will be edited.

i think the cellphone rule should be made into some type of law. be it fast food, sit-down restaurant, retail store, movie theater, anywhere. hold the call, speak to the employee, everyone wins.
