Yeah, good blending. I like this. And the colourisation (the second one) was very natural looking too.
RYC: There are a few challenge diaries about on bloop but I don't think any of them are active at the moment. Take a look on my links page to see them and to see if they're active.

This is a great start on blending!
To 'copyright' an image (which you can't technically do because the photographs you used don't belong to you, but you can copyright the art you made), just put your name or diary name in a corner somewhere. For examples, check out my art or art from several people here on Bloop. Most use some form of signature on their art.

Why would you pay money to major in something you don't plan on turning into a career? And how was that for a screen print? That's not what screen printing is for, and it wouldn't look good printed out. It doesn't even convert to CMYK. I'm just curious.
BTW this is better for a colorization, you can see the actual color overlays used in this one. Great job.

Yeaaah... in all my classes I always had to make my own things, vectors, etc. We never did anything with colorizations.

So like... you put a texture over it and set the filter to color?
I wouldn't really classify this as a "colorization". As far as I've ever been aware that's coloring a black and white photo to make it look realistic.

I'm interested to know where you go to school that would have to do a "colorization" for class. None of mine ever had us doing that.
