 i'm thinking of both of my grandfathers, and another person who I grew up with that became "like"
my grandfather since both of mine died before I even met them. All 3 served in different wars. WWII and I think the Korean War.

A marriage proposal isn't something you should have to consider. It's something you should just.. know. I don't mean to be a downer on you or anything, but it's the truth. Second chances are definitely sometimes deserved, but in dating, and gaining trust again. Not by jumping into a marriage.
