Hey guys, I'm on kind of a baking kick at present. Mostly cookies. But my husband is diabetic, and I don't want to make the problem worse. anyone have any good recipes for cookies made with Splenda? I tried one time to make peanut butter cookies with Splenda, but I found that they wouldn't set up right. So I guess just replacing one for the other, at least in that recipe, doesn't work well.
