Breakfast- 2 eggs. 1 orange.
Lunch- cheeseburger w/ lettuce, tomato, mustard, and a bit of mayo. Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips (?)
Snack nothing.
Dinner- sushi- seaside combo of tuna and salmon
The PFFD Diet


Its been a long time. A long time of not giving a fuck, and not caring about what I did with my body, cause I was like: "why even try." Well I'm 23 years old, and it's time to stop acting like a child, at least in the nutrition department.

So, I've developed a new diet plan. Its called the "Put the Fucking Fork Down Diet." Or just "Put the Fork Down Diet" for all you virgin ears out there. its not very revolutionary, true, but I think the biggest problem with me gaining weight is that I just eat way too much and don't exercise enough. Plain and simple. Instead of analyzing it to death, I'm just going to stick with this

No more soda as well. Water, tea, and juice. That's it.

Just living healthier in general.

I had this epiphany. it was like; "If you hate the way you are, and you hate the way you're living, and you're fucking miserable and you're too uncomfortable in your own body to be with anyone or to flirt with anyone... When it's affecting your life, change it. Stop it. Fix it." So, that's what I'm going to do.

I now have a brand spanking new laptop, which has a web camera on it. So this blog may very well turn into a video blog! Not all of the time though. haha. Maybe once a week or biweekly because that would be a lot easier to do that than take pictures and upload them and blahblahblah. haha.
