Urggh..........a week done already? Well what can I say. This week at work I've been splitting myself in half.
I started off with 3 section leaders and 2 managers to train. Luckily the managers didn't need much off me at all. 2 of the section leaders are for my own store, no pressure then! I got sent on a weird errand by the department manager to go and buy brackets for the mini projectors to be suspended from the ceiling. She recommended phoning Staples and Rymans. I ignored that and went to Currys (no help) and then maplin. Found and got £8 off, *rubs knuckles on chest*. I am somewhat concerned about how they will affix these brackets as all out ceilings are the square tile things that just lift up but there you go. Not my problem.
My world cup team are still in the competition (well as I type this anyway). No-ones given them a chance in this match so it would be funny if they won.
Looking forward to coming down South next week. Hopefully see a few people .
Went on a family shopping trip this weekend. I got the second Wii CSI game for £8.51 (minus ten percent for my colleague discount) as that's what it said on the shelf. Plus I got Chinatown Wars for my DS for £4.97 from Currys. Game playing ahead. Yes I am a gamer and a heavy reader but those are my worst habits.
Nothing much to say this week. Apart from the weather has been very hot but cloudy. I've been expecting a thunderstorm for about a week now.
