I feel like there's a lot of assumptions being made in this thread, and it's making people jump to conclusions, and thusly, get angry. Was this extracurricular? Were the kids old enough to make their own decisions? Did the kids do it to spread a message, or to be on TV? Did they even learn it in government class? We have no idea to any of these questions, and yet people are drawing in the blanks with their own answers and not only attacking health care, but the teachers, students, parents, etc. involved.
Having an opinion about health care reform and/or Obama is one thing, but this debate is quite another.
I used to be a bleeding-heart liberal, but it's just not my passion anymore. I'd rather vote for what I believe in when the time comes and not get red in the face between days that are made for citizens to vote.
