Actually, "Your husband and me" is correct. The way the ...and I or ...and me is supposed to work is when you remove the ...and.

For example:
Al and I went to the store.
I went to the store.

It can't be Al and me went to the store because you can't say me went to the store.
A caption on a picture could say
Al and me at the lake.
Because then you can just say me at the lake.

For here, the title could have just been Me. But not I.

Using your logic, "Your husband and me" would only work if it was a caption on a picture. Because if the title of this thread had been a proper and complete sentence, it would have gone something like

"Your husband and me are having an affair"

In which case, "Your husband and I" would be the correct way of stating it.

Now, if they had included a picture, without any words, and the title of the thread was a caption, then yes "Your husband and me" would have been appropriate. However, given that it was not a picture thread, but an admission thread, "Your husband and me" really is inaccurate, and "Your husband and I" really is accurate.
