So, who's going to see it?
I am seeing it on Wednesday at 7.30. Very excited! I quite want to sort out a green and silver scarf (as I am a naughty Slytherin supporter) to wear but I think it may be tough. |

My mom is dragging my brother and I along for some "family time."

I'm going to the midnight release, and I'm getting in line tonight. I might dress up a little, but my Harry Potter tattoos are enough dress-up for me, lol.

Why are you getting in line tonight? It doesn't premiere until the 15th!

Oh, yes. Harry Potter has ALWAYS been that big of a thing. New released books, new released movies... Harry Potter always rocks those things. I do love Harry Potter, but not THAT much ;). My friend is another 24-hour-in-line-stander. She's going to see it Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, lol :P.

I can understand the books, I always waited in line for the books but not so much the movies around here. I love HP but not that much either, I do have a life lol.

Woah. That's insane! I've never seen people do that over here. We just pre-book tickets.

I wish they had midnight showings here. :P Although I suppose I couldn't have gone anyway, with tarting work at 8am the next morning. :(
I booked my tickets a couple of weeks ago. We're going at 8pm tomorrow (15th). I'm extremely excited. I've been trying to re-read the book but have been too busy to finish it. So I guess I'll just have to go and see the movie a second time after I finish re-reading the book! ;) I dressed up when we went to buy the final book, but I don't think I'll dress up for the movie. |

I feel you, lol. I've been to the midnight release of all the movies (except the first, we didn't have a midnight show for that one here), and the midnight release of the last four books.

Heh I just ordered my books via Amazon and got them when I woke up instead! When I was working at Waterstone's they had a midnight opening for the last or second last book but I wasn't down to work that day :-( They dressed up and everything!

I totally went to Borders for the midnight release of the final book. It was so much fun. We had our faces painted and they had a magician, and readings from the previous book, and street performers outside, and we got a goody bag with our book. Although we didn't actually get our hands on our books until 1am, as the queue was so long!

I so wanna go to a midnight screening lol! But alas, my newborn said "no mummy you must stay home and look after me!" So we prebooked tickets Saturday... and OMG, nearly couldn't even get a seat then! Feel bad for people who just rock up to the cinemas and hope to get in!
