I've been with my boyfriend 3 months and we're both ready to have sex.
But I'm scared.

I've slept with two guys already but he is a virgin.
I've never slept with a virgin before.

Will I have to guide him? Will I have to take control? What's different about sex with a virgin? What do I do if he's terrible?

Has anyone got any advice? Have you slept with a virgin before? What was it like? How was it different? What would you recomend?

I'm sorry for all the questions! I'm just very curious as to others experiences.

My current boyfriend was a virgin when I shamelessly corrupted him! And I had also slept with 2 people previously.

Now, it took us about 4 months to finally do the deed, as whenever we put a condom on he got nervous and Mr Happy went bye bye ;)

So then I got on the pill, so there was no awkward fumbling around to deal with and therefore no passion killers.

And to be honest? It was great! He seemed to know completely what to do and I didn't need to take charge apart from helping him guide it in... he's still even now not always sure what angle to use.

And he lasted quite a while for a virgin... no two second sex for me!

I have the best sex with him, because I truly do love him whereas before they were just flings.

Also, you are their first teacher. So you can teach them your preferences completely, and he will have no particular 'moves' that may have worked on other women but won't work on you.

And corrupting them is great ;D

Ive corrupted 2 virgins in my time...
The first one was over very quickly and to be honest was rather awkward... The relationship didnt last long 1 because it was a rebound thing 2 because we didnt hve anything in common an 3 it wasnt right.. Unfortunately he wasnt experience in kissing or foreplay either which made things a but hard...
The 2nd took some time before we could have sex as he was nervous about ending it too quickly...
I will say not only did it last for a looong time (especially for a virgin) but it was also the best sex Ive ever had in my whole life... It was mainly due to the fact that we love each other so much and have an awesome connection...
You wont have to take too much control.. Guys do learn stuff form porn and conversations with other guys.. My advice would be to be playful about being in control... Dont tell him what to do make slight suggestions...

I forgot to mention that I agree with the go on top advice.. It helps you be in control with out being blatantly obvious...

Be open. Communicate. Encourage.

All I can tell ya.

Be safe. Use a condom.

My roommate was a virgin, His girlfriend was not.

Their sex life is fucking ridiculous, in a good way.

I'm surprised I haven't seen any angry x-tians all up in here yet, hollering about pre-marital sex and the shame you should feel for having it.

i've only been with one virgin in my life, well, sort of...he had been with men, but not women

honestly, to me, i didn't feel much of a difference, besides that he was more anxious and stuff, and he never seemed quite into it, but i think thats because he is really gay and didn't enjoy it, but thats for him to figure out if he is or not.

My boyfriend now is a virgin. Yeah.. it's interesting I guess. My boyfriend just this past week decided that it was ok to touch me in placed other than that friend area on my back and other than my boobs.. So it'll probably be a while before i get laid. :-/... lol

If he is terrible preform the single art that is universally known to all women: fake it. Lol ok that was a joke... but you might actually have to do that soooo eyah.... you could always rape him. But yell 'suprise' or 'happy birthday' first so then its not actually rape. sorry another lame joke.

i've never been with a virgin, but i remember being one, and i think the same rules apply:
go slow.
be respectful.
don't do things that make either of your uncomfortable.

everyone's different. some people need to be taken charge of their whole lives, others never do.
it'll be unique to you, him, and your relationship.
most of all, enjoy it. that goes for both of you.

Go on top if you're worried. That was my first experience. I was a virgin and she was not. It worked out okay that way. She knew what she was doing and I was basically along for the ride.

I don't think you should expect miracles... first times can be over with pretty quick for a guy.
Or he could surprise you altogether and last ages hahah.

You may have to guide him, but try to do that quite.... gently... so as not to hurt his man-pride!
I daresay it was prolly worse for you when you lost your virginity than it will be for him.

I've been with a virgin before, and it was fine.
You just have to make sure its right for you both, and be comfortable.

maybe you people can help me out?
I've been with my bf for a little over a month now, but thats only officially. Beofre that,
we were best friends and our relationship has grown quickly.
Now we're getting down to the dirty, and he's only been with one other girl.
Sex to him has more meaning than it did to me.
I've been with a LOT of people, seeing as growing up i was quite the experimenter.

Now I'm terrified of being with someone I really love, who loves me.
or am i just getting cold feet?

i think the fact that you are worried about this shows that you care a lot about him. if you are unsure of this, and you want it to have a lot of meaning, maybe you should wait a while, and talk to him about this? i personally have been with two people, and the second one meant a lot to me, but he had been with a lot of other people. and the fact that he was so willing to have sex right away with me made me feel less special.

everyone's different though. you have to do what's right for you and your boyfriend.

thanks for the reply.

We have talked about it actually, and he said the same thing.
That the fact that I am hesitating, like its some sort of huge decision. (Which I guess it is) He said it proves to him that I care about him immensly, that he's more special than the others.
Which is one-hundred percent true and I am really glad he saw it.

It's just...not like me to hesitate when I want something.
So perhaps I'm just apprehensive. IDK.
