Ok, so I'm kind of invoved in a guardianship hearing.

Basically I know someone who is trying to get guardianship of her granddaughter.. And I wrote a letter about things I have seen her daughter do to this child. I got the letter notarized, and gave it to this woman for her to take Friday to the hearing. Will this be shown to the person it's about, or is it for the judge only.

It is shown to everyone involved. So the person it was written against will also see it because they have the right to defend themselves against all the accusations in it.
