I am new to this site. i need help getting through stuff that i hold in. i have thought about going to talk to someone but i dont feel comfortable doing that. so i decided to start an online diary to see if this helps. how many of you write in ur diary to help sort through emotions and daily life?

I write to sort my stuff out even if it's not even that interesting. Writing about nothing is nice sometimes. And writing about issues is healthy too; especially if you find it hard to talk about it.

i try to do this daily but life happens a lot. i do find i feel better after writing though.

I've been writing more recently than I have in the last year. I'm trying to keep up with it. I've forgotten how helpful writing can be :)

I've been keeping an online journal for something like 10 years. I dislike counsellors, so it was the easiest (and cheapest) way to get my thoughts and feelings out.
