yeah. Personally it;s no big deal to me. annoying that i had to take them off,lol

but i would think that the mods would care more about this than I do.

if someone could do it to me, they can do it to anyone, which includes a full invasion of any privacy one thinks they have here.

bloop being hacked i would think would be top priority. more so than added a new photo feature :P

While I know you said that just to get a rise out of someone, that is complete bullshit man. I personally spent over an hour of my time during a holiday weekend with my family checking logs and other data to attempt to figure out what happened. I am sure Steve did as well.

But unless it happens again, I am afraid we might never find out what happened. Someone either accessed your computer (be it breaking in your house or via trojan/keylogger), obtained your password, or otherwise gained control of your account in a way I am clueless about while leaving no trace at all. I really doubt someone that good at hacking a server would do all of that just to remove a few pictures on your diary. I could be wrong though. I just don't see that many accomplished hackers visiting this diary website. Though you do tend to piss people off. Who knows... maybe you did piss off a super-hacker. *shrugs*

I will state this though. In all the years of Bloop only a handful of diaries have been hacked. All were by someone the person(s) knew. No one accessed anything in our database or compromised Bloop security in any way. There are too many backup access logs on the server that cannot be removed without root access. Even then a trace of entrance would have been left.

You have any ideas, I am open to suggestions. But please don't insult me or Steve by stating we don't care about something when you have no clue how we really feel. You don't know what we do or don't do.... please don't assume. :P

I'm 99% sure he's just making this shit up, Doc, yo. He's doing it for attention because I seem to be the only one giving it to him these days.

Speaking of glue... I knew a dude that glued his red rocket to his stomach on a drunken dare. He had to make a trip to the hospital to have it unstuck. We still get a giggle out of it when someone mentions his name to this day.

I apologise then. The only response i got from Steve was "delete it!"

and you and layout girl asked if i wanted to raise a ticket and you would do what you can.

I'm sorry but no one really seemed that interested. That was my opinion. I did tell you and layoutgirl if you want to see how it was done, or w/e. have it. and i would help if you need it.

I had figured since i refuse to raise a ticket, because i don't like tickets, lol That is was a dead issue. I was unaware that you did look into, since no one told me, not that they needed to.

but thanks for letting me know now.

This did not happen on my end. My girlfriend doesn't have it out for me. She is the only one that has excess to this PC. and when it happened she was with me the whole time, so that's out of the question. She hasn't been on my PC in months anyway. really never does go on mine, she has a laptop and a desk top PC so she has no need for my PC at all.

Like i told layout girl, i talk a lot of shit, so this was not a surprise to me.

Of course the person knows me. or rather thinks they know me. I left a list of possible suspects the day it happened.

I can go into details of why them if need be.

This is why raising tickets is the best way to do things - it helps staff keep track of everything pertaining to an issue because it's all contained within the ticket. No offence, but it's a pain in the ass to have to keep track of multiple messages and comments. If ANYONE comments or messages me about a support issue, I tell them to raise a ticket, because that's how it's done. Also, the tickets make it much easier to call up the relevant information if it ends up becoming a legal matter and involving the authorities.

*blushes* you mean Chris is right. I can get attention in the ticket department. staff's undivided attention. where do I sign up?

lol

let's make a deal. I'll raise a ticket. and then if this becomes a legal matter. You leave me out of it completely. change my name. black out my IP number, etc

deal?

If it is still worrying you, then yes, raise a ticket. Although Steve will probably be the only one who can help you because he's the one who knows the true ins and outs of the system.

To be frank - I thought you were just screwing around too. Thus my reply! With absolutely no trace of hacking, and your reputation, plus the way you went about reporting it, it all adds to suspicion!

I was being honest

some one changed my pictures on my front page

it was not done on my end, that is impossible, and not an option

I don't really care that it was done

all I am saying is if someone can do it to me, and they did. They can do it to anyone.

Your site was hacked. either you care about or you don't.

The only information I have for you. Is that bloop user TAI did not like the pictures I had on my front page. Making him your number one suspect.

Tommy, that makes him YOUR number one suspect. I suspect by evidence, and there is no evidence of anyone doing anything. I mean ZERO evidence, there isn't ANYTHING in any log file that suggests that someone hacked your account. Someone would have to spoof your IP address and have your session cookies to be able to do that, and if that did happen, it is something that could happen with any website. It is a flaw of the TCP/IP protocol.

I care, but there is little I can do when there is no evidence anywhere to support the allegation.

yeah, i don't know how they did it. but it was done.

and yes, i think it was TAI bassed on what he said. and a few other things.

the evidence were the pictures on the page. I didn't put them there. someone hacked into my account. plain and simple. I don't know how they did it. but it was done.

you need to stop with the bullshit IF it was done. it was fucking done. do you understand that? someone hacked onto my account and posted porn on it. and it wasn't anyone on my end.

If you refuse to believe that. fine. but you are doing your own website a deserves by saying I must be making this all up. or leaning that way, because YOU cat figure out how YOUR site was hacked.

Tommy,

It isn't just me that thinks you might be making this up. Many people think you might be making it up. I know how the site can be hacked, I just don't believe that anyone would go through THAT much effort to simply post pornographic pictures on your frontpage.

Psychologically, what you are suggesting makes no sense.

There is no denying that pictures were posted on your frontpage, the question is who did it and was your diary really hacked. If you didn't have a questionable history, I'd find your report much easier to take seriously.

Steve.

dude, shut the fuck up

I didn't hack my own page and change my own pictures you fucking idiot

anyway, you cant figure out how they did it. I didn't even bother trying. hell, i dint even change my password. and i would have left the pictures up forever had you not said to delete them. why? because i know it comes with the territory of being me. and i don't care. I just thought you might want to know that your site was hacked. but seeing how you want to jump on a trendy bitch ass band wagon of losers and say I'm lying. fuck you.

you may be excused now ie leave me alone.
