if there is anyone who can either tell me where i can find a good site for frontpage, entry and comment layouts or can just help me build one it would be greatly appreciated

Type "layout" or "layouts" in the search bar. I could only imagine there's about 500 good layout artists on Bloop, and they're all good.

Classic layouts is a good place for layouts. You can just search for them on the bloop sidebar.
Lithium layouts is a good one too :)

i was looking for something centered around white siberian tigers and water type theme and then for the entry layout i want something to do with a dark sky with stars moon etc. that's kinda what i was thinking do you have any suggestions?

Uhm I don't know any place with a layout like that.

You can always try going to project service and using one of their templates to make your own :)

you might be looking for a personalized one, which might be hard to find since most premake layouts for general use...
