I was finally able to e-file my state and federal tax returns Saturday. The Federal government held up the filing until mid February for all tax returns filed with itemized deductions because they had to update their software after the last-minute tax law changes, my tax preparation software installed its final update on Friday the 11th and I was able to finish, check, and file my taxes on the 12th. As of last night both my Federal and State returns have been accepted, hopefully I’ll see my refunds in a few days.
I feel much better this week. I still have some congestion but I’m back at near 100%. It’s been two weeks since I first developed the bronchitis symptoms, this thing was tough! I’ll be traveling out of town on Friday for a model car show this weekend, I’m glad I’m almost over this. At least the weather has been cooperating, it’s been really nice this week and Friday is supposed to be up in the 70s. This has been a very comfortable February so far.
I’m thrashing to finish a model car for this weekend, I’m building a ’65 Impala race car model. I love those obscure cars! I’ll post photos when I finish. |
