our easter fun

So, this is more about the Easter/Birthday party since my last post was more of me venting about the crappy events that happened. Well, the kids had it good to say the least. Man we never got all this. We always woke up and found the eggs the Easter bunny hid then attacked our baskets full of candy. Well, since we've had kids we always have a easter hunt with our traditional easter supper. So, jennifer already had the eggs prepared because she was having a birthday party for hunter and since she wouldn't have her kids for easter (it's their father's holiday this year) they could share in a bit of easter fun with our family during the birthday party. but then since i was having supper on sunday and all my siblings weren't gonna be there we decided to have the supper on saturday as well. SOOO... i had made little baskets of candy and stuff for all the kids, jennifer had all the plastic eggs filled with candy, plus the pinata (candy filled of course) plus they each had a special egg during the hunt which entitled them to their easter gift of candy from jennifer which were these "scambled eggs" which were plastic eggs by famous candy brands filled with the different types of candy each company made, THEN they got birthday goody bags from jenn, then of course your typical easter basket which they didn't get till sunday, and my kids also got a basket of candy each from jeff's mom. so, all in all, they made out better than halloween i'd say. Jeff bought me a flowery hanging basket that is gorgeous (i'll take pics) and jennifer gave me a hyacinth plant which is one of my most fave flowers and they smell awesome! Jeff was trying to get me one but couldn't find any ( they were at walmart but must have sold out) so he got me the other flower which i actually love alot.
