Tomorrow I go back to work....I am so excited. Tired of being home. Today I went to my follow-up, don't have to go back until 6 weeks. Yay. She cleared me for work...I also picked up all my essential vitamins. I lost 2 more lbs...I am slowly getting use to this new lifestyle. It is hard to take liquids...trying to get all my protein in. I am ready for solids. I will be on liquids and puree's one more week. Next week I am back to solids but soft solids so like eggs, cottage cheese,tuna salad,chicken salad,crumbled beef. I want to start creating my own meal plans so I can prepare myself. Head hunger is so real y'all...I had no idea how much me being hungry was because it was all in my head. I am trying to get all my water in which is essential....I need the whole 64 oz right now I am at 32 oz. Breakfast I am drinking a protein shake, I want to start adding a bannana. The protein shake has 30 grams of protein. Lunch-Soup and Dinner I am eating Soup- I have not had any nausua problems thank goodness, and I have not thrown up. Been taking my vitamins. My biggest issues are drinking enough liquids and getting enough protein. I know it will be more easier to get protein in when I back in solids. Right now it is liquids and it is hard, I blended two chicken breasts with cream of chicken and put some salsa and it was soo delish. It felt like I was actually eating solids.
