Directory | Where I Get My Charater Names & I Also Go here Too | My Personal Diary

The wind whipped around throwing up the leaves making the false sound of rain. Children giggled as the leaves danced around them. Deep smell of earth and decaying leaves filled the air and when the wind whipped around again this time with a howl sound sending the earthy smell east. Looking up at the seating sun it painted the sky deep orange red and purple the perfect color of autumn. All around there was the autumn glow that shined though the changing color leaves still left on the trees. Its one thing that hasn’t changed over the centuries is the way Earth’s living things and the sky that our ancient ones before us.

Walking along side Noll we have been walking for what seemed like hours. Noll had long blond hair and deep ocean green eyes that glowed. If an average person was looking at him they would think he would be a cat solely looking at his eyes. He walked like they did in the old century’s kings with pride and love for his people. I’m sure he could be modern day President if he wanted to. His smile made you smile. It’s one of those genuine smiles you know the ones that reach the eyes. Noll stood about six feet making my five four size of a mouse.

Wind whipped again with a high pitched hoooooooooooooooooowl making the leaves hustle between us. It was at that moment that Noll stopped and turned to face me gracefully, “Were Here”. I looked around him I had to blink twice and I shook my head and looked back at Noll and looked back behind him.

“Are you serious?” I managed to say. It was an old 18th century grave yard with big iron gates. “Don’t you realize how cliché this is?” I put my hand on the cold iron gate looking I could feel the sprits and I watched one walk towards a the statue of the angel. What if we’re going underground?
He laughed, “It’s old and it is in ‘cliché’ setting but I assure you it’s not underground” I could have sworn he was reading my mind I whipped around. As I could feel the wind brush my hair back playing with it. He opened the gate I expected it to creek. “We greased it last week.” He and a smirk on his face obviously amused.

I followed him though the graves going up the hill I wasn’t paying much attention I looked around reading the names. James W. Jones 1709-1719 that left a chill though me making me shiver. Null must have noticed. “Were almost there Miss” It was then I realized there going uphill. I then looked ahead and I saw another cliché mansion, it looked haunted you know the ones in the movies. I just gave Null a look. The last of the autumn glow was behind the mansion making it even more eerie.
By the time we got inside it was dark and the half moon shined down upon the haunted mansion but once your inside it was the opposed with modern day lighting but kept the original feel of the place. No one would know this place existed much less in an old grave yard. I’ll have to ask about this.
I was lead in to a seating room where one would take guests the fire was lit and I sat down in one of the cushioned chairs. It wasn’t long until I heard my name.

“Sonja, it’s so nice to see you it’s been a long time! Oh have you grown!” Gushed Aunt Rosemary I smiled at her warm face I stood and hugged her. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen her I think I was eight at the time. I looked in her soft brown eyes and her round face. Her rusted red hair flowed down to the middle of her back. I remember when she used to visit when I was a kid and she would let me play with her hair. She looked exactly the same as she did all those years ago. She didn’t age a bit.

“You’re exactly the same.” Aunt Rosemary just smiled at me and led me to the love seat. “It’s been ages since I’ve seen you! You’ve changed so much my dear.” She said as if she didn’t hear what I’ve just said. Then as if she just remembered something she jolted up. “Oh dear you must be tired! Are you hungry?”

I smiled and shook my head, “Noll, fed me about an hour ago and I’m not tired.” Then her expression changed again it was like watching a silent film actress she even sometimes moved like one. “How are you holding up?” She looked at me intensely I’m sure she knew heard about the “news” she probably knew about it since my mother is her twin.
“They will find those who…”

“I Think I’m tired after all Aunt Rosemary.” I cut in I didn’t want to hear those words murder, death, blood. I felt sick all of the sudden and I thought I was going to throw up my Japanese food I ate an hour ago.

“Okay, I’ll show you to your room.” She just patted my hand and stood up leading the way. “Your things got here the other day” I just nodded at her. I looked at the pictures of those who I had no idea who they were. The walk to my room wasn’t long. I could feel her eyes on me as I walked in to the room. “I just want to let you know that you are safe here and no one will be able to find you here.” Then she gave me a hug “Everything is going to be okay.” Then she left me alone in a room that was much like the dated of this mansion I looked on the bed and laying there was my cat Poe. Yes after Edgar Allen Poe. He was white, with black purplish with unusual stripes. He opened his eyes a beautiful blue.

“I’m so glad you’re here Poe.”
