My Weight Loss Story

That is amazing! I applaud you! I also have lost some weight. 50 lbs to be exact. I didn't have to work as hard to do it. But thankfully it has been a life change for me. I have just stopped eating in excess and I am blessed enough to be down to a reasonable weight. Now if I want more, the work will come. But you are in inspiration. I just wanted you to know that I think you are amazing!

Thank you it was a long hard road but well worth it. I am struggling a little bit again, but I will get back on track. Actually I already started the process. Got some pretty bad news that threw me for a bit of a loop, but no excuses, just need to keep on keeping on.
