I really should get a degree in advertising. I find lying creatively to be an interesting pastime. Wait, was that my outside verbal interchange? DAMN IT!

Anywho, here it is almost a month to RandomCon, and I'm not really prepared. I haven't boned up on rules, I haven't play tested. I'm sitting here blithely accepting that everything will go just fine, and little will go wrong. I'm a big schmuck.

Truth is, I'm finding very little time to test and read the rules. I have to do it, naturally, and yes, technically there's time between now and then. Whee! But, I'm finding it difficult to wade into rules books. Not that there's a problem with the rules themselves. They're a necessary function of the games.

Anyway, I'm contributing through the Guise Knights website, and I'm feeling pretty good about my ability to provide a good gaming experience. I just wish I wasn't so green at doing it.

So I'll cross my fingers, get familiar with the rules, and have a good time. Once again, sitting blithely back and assuming the best.
