You work for a business. You call another business that supports your equipment. Why THE HELL don't you identify who you are and who you work for?
Oh, and for THE LOVE OF GOD if you spoke with someone yesterday AND HE WAS NICE why the fuck can't you remember his name??? All I'm trying to do is HELP YOUR STUPID ASS!!!
