 Welcome to 2009. Sorry I was a little late getting mine started, but you know how it is, those days like to hide behind weekends and jobs and stuff.
I'm looking forward to kicking my health into high gear this year. In fact, I've kick started it with a meal replacement diet. Now, don't worry about my South Beach -- I'm still a fan, but I have stalled and need to make a short adjustment. Short being about 16 days. I'm just looking to get my body on the idea of consuming my larger bits of fatty tissue rather than sticking around looking unsightly.
Not that that's such a bad thing, I'm not that overweight, but the last 15 pounds have been sticking around, and I want them gone. I want this portion of my Diabetes problem to be resolved so that I can figure out the rest of the issue and Kick Diabetes Ass!
That being said, I've been on the liquid mixes for the last two days. I'm feeling hungry at the appropriate times, but it's too soon to tell if the weight is shifting. I'll keep on top of it and I'll let you know what happens, if anything does.
