Don't get all Chinese on me! I'm intimidated by words I don't understand =P Nah, I'm just kidding. I think 20 days off do count as a sort of big juicy holiday XD
Sandstorms don't happen that often, like maybe 2-3 times a year and that's often enough to hate them! =P
Yunnan is Arabic for Greece I thought you were taking a long trip away for a couple of seconds =P
Haha that Mosuo minority must be heavenly for the men =P That's so interesting though!
I think in some aspects we're closer to the European culture than the American coz Americans get taken aback here by the idea that our personal space is a little bigger than theirs =P
I hope you get better soon! I thought it was an apple a day keeps the doctor away though? XD
Hehe, that's interesting... I'll make sure to specify that it's a province if I run in to anyone speaking Arabic the Chinese name is literally "Cloud South"
ANYWAY! Apparently quite a few Mosuo couples are getting married, it seems continuous sneak-sex isn't for everybody
True dat, do you shake hands when you meet people for the first time? I only learnt today that Japanese people shun all form of physical contact with strangers My kind of country
Yes we do shake hands of course! Actually meeting and greeting people is the only time we burst our personal bubbles coz we say hello with a hand shake and kisses =P and not just the French kiss on each cheek, we do 3 kisses here =P but that's only if you know the person if you don't it's just a handshake. Japanese people don't seem so friendly anymore =P
Lol, they're just reserved I think - I've been told you shouldn't shake hands with a Chinese woman in an office because they're afraid of disease That's particularly unfriendly|
3 kisses? Eek! The affection! I really don't like touching
