Have you met anyone famous? If so who? If you haven't who would you love to meet in person?


I have not met a lot of famous people. I briefly met Bob Uecker (radio announcer for the Milwaukee Brewers) but nothing formal. I also paid to get an autograph from Michael Shanks at a Stargate Convention (he played Dr. Daniel Jackson on the TV show). I was 2 rows away from William Shatner at a Star Trek convention once but did not officially meet him. There are many "famous" people that I possibly would like to meet but no one really stands out....plus, I tend to get a little tongue tied around celebrities (I have NO idea why). I also believe I have just confirmed with everyone just how much of a GEEK I really am!!

I loved Bob Uecker!! This is the 2nd time this week someone has mentioned his name that I've read. Weird.

I guess I've been lucky enough to meet quite a few over the years (if lucky is what you call it.) Bill Clinton, Mike Huckabee, Steven Tyler (Aerosmith), quite a few soap opera stars back in the 80s, nearly all our state political candidates from the most recent election (if you consider politicians famous) and of course Bill Gaither, David Phelps, and Wes Hampton last night. Seems like there are more.... Rachel Hale from American Idol a couple years ago, ...umm... idk, I'm old and can't remember

hmm I have met many famous people. Probably the most notisable ones were Stephen Tylor, Hulk Hogan, and 80's teen pop Debby Gibson kissed me ... I have met many Athletes over the years and some other singers but I would die a happy camper if I ever met Mr. Jovi. It would be an honor to meet my hero, Nolan Ryan and tell him how much he has meant to me in my life. Although it would be a bit strange, I would like to meet Stephanie Tanner... I mean, Jody Sweeten
