Friday was my interview with the caregiving place called Right at Home. I didn't expect the interview to go so well that I actually got hired right on the spot. Which is great, because I totally fucked Lane Bryant yesterday & never showed up for work. They never even CALLED me to be like uhhh, you're supposed to work today . Which to me seems like they don't even care . Fuck them assholes. But today was my nanny interview!! :D I really really think it went well, the children's names are Harper and Kohen. Right as I pulled up the house they live in was freaking gorgeous. I can't even begin to describe it. I rang the doorbell and Harper was standing right at the window and saw me, and started to wave, it was the cutest thing ever. Fred (her father) answered the door and welcomed me in, and Dawne (the mother) came down with Kohen and he was so adorable. Waved right to me and they walked me over to the kitchen & I was polite and complimented their home. we sat down and Harper sat right next to me and said she wanted me to color with her, & Dawne said that we had to talk about things first. So we sat there and chatted and I told them my expierence in the health field, so I would know how to handle an emergency if one were to ever happen, I told them that I have my clearances from the government to work with children from when I was working in the daycare. and how much I really feel I'm meant to work with children and I think they got the idea. I'm supposed to hear by Tuesday latest if I get the call back interview which would be me being home alone with Harper and Kohen for a couple hours while Fred and Dawne go out. I really hope I get this interview, and I really hope I get this job. Good thing I didn't set up my orientation with Right At Home until Wednesday morning... BAH.
