I read a few entries back that you are concerned with not undereating. I know if you are used to eating less it will take a little while to get used to eating more, but I think there is a problem here with what you are eating. Even though it is low calorie and WW, I don't see much vitamin intake here. Are you taking a multivitamin? This could help your body burn calories faster by giving you the proper nutrition without adding a lot of calories. Remember raw veggies are very low in calories and have lots of vitamins you need and vegetable proteins, too. When you cook veggies (like the ones in the Broccoli Cheddar roasted potatoes, which I used to eat all the time, yum) it takes away a lot of the nutritional value, especially when they are frozen over a long period of time.
