I have two more trainees for me this week for the front end. Plus my manager who went off on paternity leave is back. So I'm juggling a bit. We also have a lot of change going on in our department. One manager has left to be replaced by our previous Home Shopping manager. Now the other original manager is leaving to take a position in a shop further away but nearer to where she lives which is fair enough. It's a lot of change and the managers that are coming in won't really know what's hit them for the first couple of weeks.
Last weekend the wife and I journeyed to Glasgow. Took the bus there and had a quick wander around the shops. Then caught a train to the Hunterian Gallery where we attended an informal Japanese tea ceremony. I actually enjoyed the green tea whereas the mrs said it was every bit as vile as she remembered!
Got in touch with an old friend who I used to work with. She is now half way around the world teaching Japanese students English!
The website I write for www.startgame.org will be going live again on the first of September. So if your in to your games head on over for a look. Oh, and chuck me your friend codes for any DS or Wii games if you want to play me! Or even your console code to send me a message.
Sayanora for now.
