It's the third and/or fourth week of my new job. The timetable has gone out of the window. I have a contract although we don't seem to be following it. I've trained about 20 odd people on the tills now. Which I think is pretty pointless as they aren't allowed on them until they have had their Beers, Wines and Spirits training. Why they don't get that first I have no idea. Plus my list has been full of people who are underage or people with disabilities meaning they can't actually be trained on a till. We've been told this week that we're going to have to train about 250 section leaders shortly in our roles. Joy!
Found a car last week it's slightly less powerful than the beast I have but 8 years younger. It's about 6k but oh well I soon earn it back I hope! The euromillions is already up to 113 million this week! It's another VW Golf as hey that's what I like. Must see if I can get some other garage to cart away the other one.
Had our house inspection on Tuesday night which was massivly lacklustre. If I rented a house out I would want to check all the rooms. This was a case of checking two rooms and erecting a for sale board outside the property. They were 10 minutes late as well. I wouldn't mind but the mrs and I were both on early shifts the next day. As I seem to be permenantly on Mon-Fri 9-5's at the minute.
Got to sort out insurance for the car but that's alright as the garage gives you 7 days from when you pick it up.
Nothing else to say apart from I feel like I could fall asleep here right now!
