There are many ways in which I epitomise what being 'female' means. In other ways, I am more than different. One example is 'gossip-mongering'. I hate gossip. I hate gossips. It all seems like the biggest most pointless waste of time. I honestly could not give a flying fuck that your Grandma's, Aunts, next-door-neighbour's, step-brothers, middle aged, hairless, mother-in-law kicked a policeman in the balls and got arrested. I would much rather spend my precious time do anything else, apart from listen to gossip-hounds. Enduring the wittering, ceaseless gossip is my idea of pure undignified torture. I will always be thinking of ways to escape the claws of banal endless chatter. If I had to live with someone like that, I expect it would lead me to hanging myself!
This does tends to lead me to being the most unfaithful diary reader too.
Certainly, if I discover you, I may read some of your entries. Maybe even looking into some of the old ones, in order to get the back story. However, my 'love affair' with your life is doomed to certain failure. The main problems being (1) my overall disinterest in your life and (2) the idea that you are here, spreading malicious crap about some individual or other in your life, and they have no idea its happening. Nor do have they any opportunity to defend themselves. When all the 'doting' comments of support come flooding into your comments box, its my cue to exit stage right. (3) The unending emotional rollercoaster of emotions you call your 'life'. No ones life can always be so emotionally fraught with disaster and fruitlessness.

Overall I feel that gossips should accept £5 from me and go buy themselves a life of their own.
