as promised, a photo-tour of my bedroom.
first and foremost: CURTAINS!
so heavy and dark. sleeping in will once again be possible. and afternoon naps? heck yes!
the bookshelf on the left is the one i need to rearrange/fill.
my other favourite thing in the bedroom is this sweet little set-up.
(mucho clothing storage + sweet tv)^clean lines = aesthetically pleasing bedroom goodness.
bed. obviously.
i plan to hang some (3?) picture frames above the bed, in place of a headboard. i'll use black frames and white mats around some fun material, likely bright green-based for contrast with the blue.
ugh, i really need to fill that bookshelf.
i found some cute little green flowerpots last time we were at ikea that i think i'll buy for the top of the shelf, just because they're cute. it'll tie in nicely with the frames too.
boring closet wall.
my favourite photo, taken by a friend, needs to be re-framed and will then go on the wall above joshua's dresser. i think.
