I want to allow facebook and myspace on my computer, how can I change the privacy settings so it will allow it?

what browser are you using? what happens when you try to go to those sites? If they're on your restricted sites list you can remove them under the security tab in IE.

If you're at work and it's blocked, then your company has a filter disabling access to those sites that you can't override.

I think I've tried that. I'm on my works computer but my co-worker said she was able to do it. It just says web page unavailable like it's locked though. I guess is there a way for me to over ride a company's security block?

A website that'll let you get around most blocks.
We'd use them in high school to get on myspace ;D

Haha, I remember using a proxy to get on MySpace in my highschooling days! Although I'd be too scared to use a proxy where I work... they can terminate us for it!
