I cant seem to find what Im looking for...I want a layout that had all my entries in the middle box then on each corner have a text box! I swear Ive seen one before on project service before the crash so idk...please please please help me!

There was never any such layout on project service, as far as I'm aware.

I do believe that there is one like that on Classic Layouts, though. I'm not sure offhand where it's located, but I'm pretty positive there is one there.
