I'm looking at buying a new one. My limit is around $200. Anyone have a suggestion on one? I tend to shake when I try and take pictures so maybe one with the "no shake"(or whatever it's called) feature.

@Wife: We own a Kodak Easyshare M530 12 MP. We bought it brand new for about $135 and I absolutely love it. It has tons of great features including the one you're looking for.

We have a Kodak easy share, we paid 100 for it on ebay, its 14 megapixal factory refurbished with a one year warrenty...

I have a Nikon Coolpix L22.. its pretty good for a simple point and shoot. Also.. only around 80 bucks :)
