Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 9... is quite interesting. I rather like it so far. Anyone else tried it? Been a regular Google Chrome user for a while now, but this one might actually get me to switch back to Firefox.

@ Snazzy Doc: as a faithful FireFox user, I haven't downloaded it yet but been eyeballing it. Glad that you like it. That just make it even better.

I'm using it right now.

The first time I've noticed is that the browser is literally talking to me, and I don't know where the voice is coming from, in order to shut it up. It's telling me how to open, close, and work with tabs. It's also pretty buggy. It appears to be a pretty early version of the beta, not NEARLY ready for wide-release yet.

How did you get it to talk to you? o.O

I'm... not sure. I opened a tab, and it started talking to me.

I hate, hate, HATE the lack of a top, right-hand X button. The fact that I have to go into the menu and hit "exit" to close the window irritates the shit out of me.

They don't need to change the fundamentals of their browser.
