It's not from a comic somewhere. It's from a "post your relationship in MSPaint" thread on 4chan. Someone made this as a joke:

Oh i was just curious to know if there was a thread like the one above in that same style cartoon. Like, which thread THAT drawing came from, not the one you have posted. If not, thats totally fine. :)

Oh, THAT particular drawing didn't come from a comic. It was just a redone version of the comic I posted since it's become somewhat of an inside joke on 4chan. The only comic that exists with that guy is the one I posted.

Funny you post this, the guys who run this site aren't the guys who made the original content. Completely stole the concept. Pulled a straight-up Ebaum's World.

Guy on there claims to be comic creator and the comic you posted up is the first one in the archive. Lot of cheek claiming that they created it if they didnt.
