So I decided that this year my New Years resolution would be to stop being so hard on myself. Every minute, day, month, year I'm constantly bringing myself down somehow. It's usually about my weight, despite having a loving husband who adores me regardless, I still can never be happy in myself. I'm always putting pressure on myself, comparing myself to others at work, at home, friends, family. It needs to stop.
Husband and I had homemade pizza tonight whilst watching another episode of Lost in space. Must admit I blubbed like a baby in one part, emotions seem to be all over the place at the moment. My period due date looms tomorrow, I think I'm just going to wait until I've missed it or not to do another test, I'm only stressing myself over it.
