Today was the first really chilly day of autumn. A high of 55F might not sound particularly chilly but for this area it's the first sign of winter. I'm fighting off the beginnings of a cold too, just to reassure me that winter is arriving right on schedule. I awoke today with a scratchy throat that's lingered all day and I just feel that tiredness and stuffiness that accompanies a cold. I figure that I should be just getting over it by the 12th when I'm scheduled to drive to Atlanta for a model car show.
The rains never arrived, at least not yet. It was grey and dreary all day though, I wouldn't be surprised to awaken in the morning to find the ground soaked from an overnight rain.
Ugh. I have two pieces of decal artwork to finish and I don't feel like it... |
