This recipe is one that I made up a while ago I hope you all enjoy
Servings (6-8)
What you'll need:
1- 1 1/2 lbs of cubed chicken breasts
1 lb Bacon cut up into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups grated cheese I use marbled cheese(Colby and jack)
1/2 cup chopped white onion
Seasonings of your choice
3 Cups egg noodles (or any noodles of your choice)
1 13x9 baking pan
I have 2 options for my Alfredo sauce:
Option #1
Buy a package of Alfredo sauce mix and follow directions
Option #2
2 Cups of milk
3 TBS butter
3-4 TBS of flour
1 - 1 1/2 cup grated parm cheese
a dash or 2 of ground nutmeg(optional)
Melt butter in sauce pan add flour and stir to make a rue cook for 1-2 minutes stirring constantly whisk in milk, add parm cheese, and nutmeg(optional),and continue to cook on med high heat while stirring until thicken then set aside.
Directions:
Cook bacon until Crispy, remove with slotted spoon and set aside save the grease, add chicken and onion sprinkle with your choice of seasonings I usually use old bay or all spice or just pepper and salt, cook until done drain and set aside.

Cook noodles according to box drain and adding half of the noodles to the pan then layer with Chicken, bacon, pour on half of the Alfredo sauce, sprinkle with half grated cheese, repeat layers.


place in a preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
