What you'll need:

For a Single batch(one loaf of bread or just Cinnamon Rolls)
2 Tbs Vegetable Oil
2 Tbs Sugar( or Honey I use sugar)
2/3 tsp Salt
3 Cups Bread flour
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Pkg yeast I use rapid rise
For a double batch(which is what I do because one batch just isn't enough in this house lol)
4 TBS Vegetable Oil
4 TBS Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
5-6 Cups Bread Flour
2 Cups Warm Water
2 Pkgs yeast
Directions:
I use a kitchen aid mixer with the dough hook but you can also use a hand held mixer you'll just have to knead in a majority of the flour
Add the water and yeast into the bowl and stir let it sit for a minute or two until it looks frothy,
then add salt, sugar, and oil mix for a minute.

Start adding your flour I do this 1-2 cups at a time because you don't want too much flour or it will never rise and become to stiff, you want it just right so it's smooth and soft and just a little bit sticky not too sticky.

Take it out of the bowl and knead it for one minute forming it into a ball. Make sure you spray or oil your bowl really well including the lid, now you can use paper towel to cover the dough but I prefer a lid because it's kind of cold here now lol and plus it rising better, let it sit for about 2 hrs or until it's double in size.

After your dough has risen remove the lid and punch down center of the dough let it sit for 5 -10minutes this will give you time to dust the counter top with flour not too much about maybe 3TBS worth bread flour.

Cut your dough in half and shape half into a bread loaf, spray your loaf pan and place dough inside patting it down slightly if you need to so that it fills the bottom of the pan, set aside and cover it and let it rise again for 45-60minutes until it's doubled in size again.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees cook your bread for apx 20-25minutes I always check mine around 20minutes each oven is different, insert a toothpick into the center if it comes out clean your done. IMEDIATLY remove the bread from the pan and rub about 1 TBS or butter over the top and there you go
Cinnamon Rolls
Roll remaining half of dough to about an inch in thickness, sprinkle with Cinnamon and sugar to your liking, and drizzle about 1-2TBS of melted butter on top then roll and cut into 1 inch Cinnamon rolls, place on a sprayed cookie sheet and let rise about 1hr or until doubled in size.

Bake at 375 for about 6-8 minutes, remove from oven spread icing(recipe follows below) on top and enjoy.
Cinnamon Roll Icing
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tsp soften butter
1/4 tsp Vanilla
Mix well with a fork until smooth

I hope you all have a great weekend
