Falling out of love?

I have been with my man for a little over 2 years and things have been good until recently I have noticed how he never calls me beautiful, never wants to hold my hand, doesn't like to cuddle and when he drinks he always makes me cry. There is someone at work that always tells me I am beautiful and I have been hanging out with him telling him everything that has been going on and being with him makes me feel happy, sometimes happier than with my man. After two years am i really falling out of love with him and falling for someone else or am I feeling that way because this guy is everything I want my man to be?

If you've found everything you want your man to be in someone else, and you're questioning whether you love your man or not, then maybe you should be with the person that makes you happy.. Just my opinion. Also, regardless of if you end up with the guy from work, you don't sound happy in your relationship and that's something you need to think about!

I'm with Jessi ^

If you really loved the man you're with, you wouldn't be considering this at all. I say regardless of whether or not you stay with this second man, you should distance yourself from the first. He sounds like a real doucher.

I think that's because he's seeing what you want from your man & giving it to you, trying to make him look and come off like a better guy for you. If this is who I think it is, I've left you a comment on your page. I think you're better off not hanging out with that guy.

The guy you're with sounds like he needs a real wake-up call. I always believe in distance between relationships, though--find YOURSELF again, you know?

My relationship is at the 2 year mark as well and my man does the same shit. They are just used to the routine of things and need that wake up call to realize the difference between what they are doing and what they should be doing.

The two year mark seems to be a common thing... I think the guy at work just seems like more of a possibility to you because your own relationship is lacking, and not because you necessarily *like* the guy at work. It sounds like it's time for you to take stock of where your relationship is and how you feel about each other. I know it's extremely difficult to do but if it's gotten to the point where the love just isn't there anymore - and believe me, I've been there - then it's time to call it a day.

You should talk to your man about these things, tell him you need things to change, if they dont, find someone else

What were you actually in love with? You've not described anything you loved about your man - only what you want him to do for you. Maybe he doesn't like holding hands. Maybe he doesn't feel the need to call you beautiful. If you are wanting your hand held and to be told you're beautiful, maybe this isn't really about love or lack thereof, but about you feeling the need to be reassured and defined by your man.

If you think you're falling out of love, or feeling like you're not happy in your relationship, then make a change!

i find after some time in a relationship,
nothing is as perfect as it was in the beginning.
it's hard to say.
sometimes, it's easy to compare them to another person
who may seem more perfect,
but in the long run, the other man will have faults too.
if you honestly can't feel the love anymore,
he always makes you cry & won't cuddle,
than maybe it is time to break the ties.
