The sixth day, it's going well. I guess he's just not that into me! lol. I was tempted to send Grant an 'accidental text' that might insinuate that I was making plans with someone for tomorrow night....but then I realised I don't need to play these games because I have a boyfriend. I've been so silly, but I do really want to have Grant in my life as just a friend. I'm going to have to make contact with him at some point, I'm just hoping he's going to be the one to jump first.
Kathy at work swapped shifts with me for tomorrow which I'm so pleased about! I've been working 9-6 or 10-7 every Saturday for months, I've wanted an early shift so bad! I'm now working 7-4 and although it's a really early morning I'm so happy! It means that James can meet me from work and we can make plans and go out and do something. I suggested he meet me from work and we do dinner and a movie, not sure on the movie though - none of them listed seem too appealing right now.
I've spent so much money on new clothes lately. Because I'm leaving the shop and I won't have my discount there anymore, and a 50% discount is the hardest to give up, I've been buying lots of little things every few days because I know I can't bare to live without them, or pay full price for them! lol. I got some sandals for my holiday, and my holiday is in September! lol. There are so many ways I can try and justify it, but I won't and I even added up the amount I've spent and almost died! lol. It's a lot.....James would go mental! haha.
I've actually made an update on Facebook regarding my impending new job. Queue the 20 questions I'm going to get from a whole new group of friends. I took to shortening my description of my new job to just 'I'm going to be working in an office' rather than explain what the company does and make it sound really boring! lol. |
