a knockout blow.

Last night Grant spoke of going on a date with another girl. Apparently he was badgered into it! lol. I told him that I thought "he wasn't the kinda guy to get badgered into a date, but I'm working on it". lol. His reaction was pretty much 'what the hell, let's give a go' but then left me high and dry on replies. I text him a couple of times today, but no response. I'd been out to dinner and for drinks with friends, so I was a bit tipsy (but I feel fine now), I had actually started to call him while I walked to get a cab. It rang twice and I ended the call, I don't know if I wanted him to answer or not. What the hell would I have said? It's all driving me a bit crazy. Why do I like him so much? My friend thinks I should meet him and it should be next week because I'm off work all week. She even said she'd come with me! lol. I couldn't do it, or maybe I could? I'm so confused! All I want is some kind of recognition from him today and to know that it wasn't a throw away comment last night. I do want to meet him, I'm just afraid to do it so soon.

Maybe I'll write today off as a loss and try again with him tomorrow. He drives me crazy!

Maybe he's out on his hot date with his friend's sister? Why did he have to tell me this piece of information....? To torture me? To test me? Or just out of general conversation?
