My daughter has just about every single one of those symptoms. She is more so impulse type than inattentive. One of the major areas of concern for us lately is the hyper focusing on one area to the point of almost obsessive behavior. It was VERY noticeable to me today when she was in a group of her peers. She was constantly talking about subjects they had clearly either a)moved past or b)were no longer interested in. She is slightly obsessed with dolls - with in the last 2-3 months this has become a HUGE!!! and I mean HUGE!! problem for her. She talks about these dolls 24-7 and plays with them 24-7 and will act almost as if they are people.. it's not a normal play behavior that I'm seeing out of her and it concerns me GREATLY. She isolated herself twice while her friends were over, because she was too busy playing with the dolls or drawing the dolls on paper.. She's 9 yrs and 3 months old. Her friends are all the same age, and they're past this doll phase =\
