I intentionally cost my company as much money as I can because they treat every single associate they have terribly, and I feel as if they should pay for what they do to us. I'm sure they don't even notice what little I can pull off compared to the BILLIONS of dollars they make each year, but it makes me feel a little better. My total so far has to be over $1000 easy, and I know I'm not the only person who does it.

You steal because they treat you "terribly"? Oh boo hoo. Have you thought about the little you pull off could affect you? You get busted? You're fired...and thieves are unemployable, because face it, you can't be trusted. How about your family? Having to explain why you made the local police log for larcency? Hopefully, you don't work retail, 'cause then your petty stealing fucks ME, and your coworkers...ya know, the honest ones who get their hours cut because of people like YOU. Knock it off and find a new job if that one's so bad. Remember...karma's a bitch!

Not that your wrong, but it also depends on the job & how she's costing them money. Lets say she's a travel agent for the company, she could cost them more money merely by booking the more expensive flight for traveling employees. It's not stealing & more often than not the employee flying is one to think that they are to high up to worry about costs & which flight they are booked on, as long as it's first class & they get their hot towels & champagne.

Always

"Cost the company money" HOW? Hopefully not by stealing, because that is kind of sleazy and it hurts all your coworkers more than it hurts the company its self...

Costing the company money actually hurts your coworkers, you know, the ones you're crying about being treated badly.

Get a different job?

If this is about Walmart, I can see them costing them money by intentionally not scanning items for people or pricing things less than they are.

And that is not harmless. It affects everyone's bottom line, and will affect YOUR bonus checks.

No I don't work at Walmart but I used to. And this person is a terrible employee. Take your issues with higher management or further. Never steal or aide in theft because you're disgruntled.
