I'm sleeping with my big brothers brother-in-law. not dating him,just sleeping with him.
been doing it for almost a yr.and my brother has no idea.
im pretty sure he'd kill us both if he found out...

He shouldn't be mad if you are both adults and it is consensual sex. Just be safe, if you're not sure that he's not sleeping with other people as well. Or vice versa.

If you are both adults and participating in consensual sex, then you shouldn't feel bad. I can understand how this could be awkward though, even though I am an only child.
