Okay, here's how it will work for February...
Members of this group diary will post 7 happy things - 7 things they are grateful for - per week. Even if you've had a shit week, find 7 positive things - they can be small things, like the sunrise being pretty, or the fact that you have a comfy bed, etc. Post your entries in this diary - you can do this anonymously or put your name at the bottom. You can post one happy thing per day, or post all 7 at the end of the week, or any variation on that. You can describe your happy things, or post a pic, or both. It's up to you - creativity is encouraged.
Members of this group diary will also think of 4 nice things to do for themselves - one per week. Post about these, as you decide what they will be, and after you've done them.
