December...really?
Where did November go?! I feel like it went by so fast.
Thanksgiving was great. We went to my mom's house first and then Mark's parents house. I'm glad we did it that way because I usually hate leaving his parents house after we eat Thanksgiving dinner. My mom was no upset about us not eating there. We had a few snacks and hung out with the kids. That's pretty much it.
Work has been great still...other than Lisa pissing everyone off everyday. It's been awful. She puts me in such a crap mood. Honestly, I wish she would just quit. I don't think she will last very long once she switches children. I'm not sure what Kassi is thinking, but all I can do is sit on the side lines and hope everything will be okay! We are doing lots of things with the children to keep them busy along with their regular objectives. I think every entry I have written since I've been at this new place, I have mentioned how much I am grateful for my job.
Money is so damn tight this month..it's not even funny :/ A part of it is because of Christmas and just other bills. I can't really get much for anyone and I feel like if I don't get people decent items, then my mother will complain about it. I was nice enough to host my sister's 16th birthday party at my house this Saturday. I also offered to host our family get together for Christmas at my house on the 27th. I think I would have been okay if I was more prepared for December, but who really is? All my Christmas shopping is going to be done on the 19th when I get a huge paycheck. Bah humbug!
We had our first snow storm the night before Thanksgiving. The snow was so heavy and wet, it was ridiculous. A lot of people did not have power for Thanksgiving. It was quite sad actually. I offered my best friends parents to use my house for their Thanksgiving because they did not have power. Of course they declined, but at least I offered right?
I'm going to try and update more now that I'm not so tired when I come home from work now. My 730-330 schedule is heaven.
