*Allen chimes in!* Ok, so here is the deal. I have had my ups and downs since my last entry. I weighed myself on Christmas Eve morning and tipped the scale at 272 pounds even. I was so excited to see that, I called Miranda into the bathroom just to show her. It felt really good to get her feedback as she ensured how proud of me she was. Well this morning I stepped on the scale and it read 275. Really discouraged at that sight, I mean +3lbs in 4 days is certainly not the way I am looking to go. I didn't get a chance to get to the Gym today but I did get in some push ups (50) and sit ups (75) at work today. Never gonna keep me down, I shall persevere.
