Employed for a week!?!? What was the point?

I got let go this morning,  paper stated the position no longer exists/available. Not really sure what i did wrong?  but i dont think a week is a proper evaluation of my work skills.. so confused. and frustrated. I thought today would be my last day on unemployment nope... its not... Im so freaking frustrated. i dont even know what to say at this point.
