About Me

About Me

A day to day stress reliever for ME!

I am a divorced 37 (ugh when did THAT happen?) y/o mother of a 15-y/o son. Last year, we moved into a home with my boyfriend and for once I am extremely happy, though I do have some stresses to deal with daily. I am normally a student at a university, trying to make for a better life, but I have taken the last two semesters off to move and get settled, and then most recently to deal with custody issues my ex caused. I am planning to start back again in the fall. I work at a crappy retail job where I'm treated like garbage. My day to day is fair boring, and mostly involves me complaining about my son's father, and talking about issues my son is dealing with or causing. There is also a lot written about my boyfriend and his ex wife, his kids, and their divorce/custody drama. Wanna know more, feel free to ask. (Updated 6 May, 2011)

"Unwritten"

I am unwritten, can't read my mind, I'm undefined
I'm just beginning, the pen's in my hand, ending unplanned

Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten

Oh, oh, oh

I break tradition, sometimes my tries, are outside the lines
We've been conditioned to not make mistakes, but I can't live that way

Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins

Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten

The rest is still unwritten
The rest is still unwritten

Oh, yeah, yeah
